Position Title: Administrative Assistant<br>Work Set-up: Work From Home or Office<br>Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:30 am – 2:00 pm PH Time<br>Salary: Php 25,000 – Php 30,000<br><br>About the Role<br><br>Our client, based in Queensland, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their day-to-day business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administrative tasks, client communications, CRM management, basic financial processing, and social media support. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to work independently.<br><br>JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT<br><br>Responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant:<br><br>• Perform general administrative duties using Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Drive, Word, Excel).<br>• Manage bookings, scheduling, and calendar adjustments. <br>• Prepare pricing quotes and follow up with clients. <br>• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls using provided phone scripts. <br>• Manage email correspondence and messaging with clients and team members. <br>• Maintain and update CRM systems (experience with any CRM is acceptable; client uses Authentic AI CRM). <br>• Assist with Xero tasks, including financial transactions and staff payments. <br>• Support social media management using Capcut and Canva.<br><br>Qualifications as an Administrative Assistant:<br><br>• 2–3 years of experience in administrative support. <br>• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office. <br>• Prior experience in CRM management. <br>• Experience with Xero for financial administration. <br>• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with minimal accent. <br>• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. <br>• Experience in social media content management (Capcut, Canva). <br><br>Preferred Skills:<br><br>• Experience in construction or service industry. <br>• Ability to create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve business efficiency. <br>• Comfort handling client-facing communications via email, phone, or messaging.<br><br><br>Your love for Boomering will jump-start with these meaningful engagement activities and perks.
