Position Summary

This Agency and Digital Publisher Business Development Lead position will contribute to the NBA's digital media strategy and content creation. The role involves developing engaging content, managing digital platforms, and connecting with basketball fans globally across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage content for NBA's digital platforms including NBA.com and the NBA App
  • Develop content strategies to drive fan engagement and growth
  • Produce multimedia content including video, graphics, and written articles
  • Cover games, events, and breaking news in real-time
  • Collaborate with teams, players, and league partners
  • Analyze digital metrics and optimize content performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Media Studies, Communications, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital media or content creation
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in video editing and content management systems
  • Deep knowledge of basketball and the NBA
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital trends
