This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of building, teaching, and organizing.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Today, our teams are already using AI in meaningful ways: our care team uses AI to draft Care Plans and analyze labs, our engineers have built AI-powered workflows to power care delivery and internal development, and our leadership team has created internal tools used across the company. But this is happening in pockets.
