Role Overview: You will be part of the Omni Fulfilment team in Bangalore, focusing on analyzing last mile deliveries to create a customer-centric fulfillment ecosystem. Your role will involve assessing, supporting, designing, implementing, and rolling out initiatives to enhance last mile operations, driving business results, increasing revenue, and improving profit margins. By developing and implementing projects, best practices, and process improvements, you will aim to provide customers with competitive fulfillment options and a seamless experience. Your role will require upskilling in technical and functional skills to drive this objective holistically and collaborate with peers to solve problems. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze fulfillment data from various channels such as Gig, Lowes Delivery, PUIS, and BOPIS to track performance and identify bottlenecks. - Utilize SQL queries to extract and manipulate large volumes of order fulfillment and logistics data. - Implement Python for automating data processing tasks and applying statistical or machine learning techniques for demand forecasting, outcome simulation, and risk prediction. - Leverage Big Data tools like Hive, Spark, and Hadoop to analyze fulfillment patterns across millions of transactions. - Measure the business impact of initiatives and translate complex data findings into actionable insights for fulfillment strategy and process improvement. - Deliver quick-turn analytics to address time-sensitive questions from leadership regarding fulfillment performance and customer satisfaction. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or supply chain analytics role. - 2 years experience in Supply Chain. - Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation. - Experience in omni-channel retail or e-commerce fulfillment analytics. - Familiarity with Big Data tools like Hive, Hadoop, Spark, and proficiency in statistical modeling techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong business acumen.
