The Application Developer Senior manages the application development projects and processes to support the application's lifecycle and ensure the desired outcomes are achieved. Working under minimal supervision, the Application Developer Senior applies knowledge to test the application, troubleshoot if issues arise, and collect application data trends in order to ensure business needs are met.

Help enable seamless connectivity between Workday and critical business systems, like HR, payroll, finance, and supply chain to automate data flows, ensure accurate, timely operations while reducing manual effort and operational costs.

Essential Job Function:

  • Ensures that the application's desired functional and technical requirements are met and in compliance with application standards.
  • Reviews the code created by the team to ensure it will enable the application to work as needed without problems.
  • Supervises the application's testing to ensure its requirements are met.
  • Examines application data and proposes solutions to improve the application's function, ability, and capability.
  • Provides guidance to the team and helps resolve complex coding issues.
  • Leads communication across teams as needed to increase productivity and collaboration.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree
