You will ensure that young people are at the centre of everything that happens in the homes. You will be an excellent problem-solver, able to make sound judgements under pressure and respond effectively in a crisis.

As an Assistant Team Manager in the Supported Accommodation service, you will be expected to provide management to the staff teams and Senior Practitioners at our Supported Accommodation homes, in accordance with legislation, Ofsted regulations, departmental policies and procedures, and county priorities. You will support the Team Manager to provide effective management and leadership to the teams, ensuring that appropriate consultation and advice are provided to enable services to meet departmental standards.
