Job DetailsJob Location: SEATTLE, WA 98109  Support the execution of high-visibility fall product launches, owning day-to-day production coordination, asset tracking, and cross-functional communication across campaign and event workstreams. RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking an Associate Producer to join for an approximate 6-month project with the potential to extend! We are seeking an Associate Producer to support the execution of fall product launch campaigns across a range of creative outputs, including digital, retail, and event deliverables. This role is highly execution-focused, centered on maintaining visibility across fast-moving workstreams, supporting senior production leads, and ensuring teams stay aligned through clear communication and organized tracking. You will play a key role in keeping projects moving forward, managing assets, and supporting production across multiple concurrent launch initiatives.   As an Associate Producer, You Will  Support senior production leads with daily project updates, ensuring clear communication across internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders Maintain and manage daily trackers to provide visibility into project status, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams Act as a central point of contact for asset management, organizing and tracking files across shared systems and ensuring teams can easily locate materials Coordinate team meetings, status syncs, and reviews, including scheduling, note-taking, and follow-ups Support small-scale productions as needed, helping to keep shoots and post-production workstreams moving forward Assist in managing creative assets across a variety of deliverables, including product detail pages, videos, retail signage, email campaigns, event materials, and digital marketing assets Partner with creative, marketing, production, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment across launch initiatives Track feedback, updates, and revisions, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and creative teams Support post-production workflows including photo retouching, editing, 2D motion, and final asset delivery Identify gaps, blockers, or risks and proactively communicate solutions to keep timelines on track   As an Applicant, You Bring  4+ years of experience in creative production, associate production, or project coordination within an agency, production studio, or in-house brand team Experience supporting product launches or large-scale marketing campaigns, ideally within consumer electronics, tech, or fast-paced brand environments Strong organizational skills with experience managing trackers, timelines, and multiple concurrent workstreams Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and production needs Familiarity with post-production workflows including photo, video editing, motion/animation, and asset finishing Experience working with asset management and collaboration tools such as Box and Frame.io Proficiency in project management and documentation tools, including Microsoft Office; experience with Wrike, Smartsheet, or Asana is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to share updates clearly, capture feedback, and keep stakeholders aligned Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with tight timelines and evolving priorities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience   Additional Position Details Supervisory Responsibilities None Physical Demands Physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, and lifting.
