This position is responsible for providing concierge-level service to insureds and agents by managing small to mid-sized commercial lines accounts. Core responsibilities include processing policy transactions with underwriting authority, managing endorsement requests, handling certificates of insurance, responding to service inquiries, and proactively identifying cross-sell opportunities.
