DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES Provides merchandising service, product education, product demonstration, customer service and display maintenance support to retail stores Serves as a Nintendo brand ambassador for both retail locations and events in their local community Completes store calls with focus on special projects, top volume and high profile stores Provides real time information on assigned stores by utilizing a tablet device to respond to surveys and file reports from the field Conducts inventories and works with management to adjust discrepancies Manages demo software in assigned territory Builds relationships and maintains communication with store personnel and store management Maintains display parts and POP (Point of Purchase) inventory Sets up and maintains displays and display cases Restocks product from store inventory to shelves May assist with reset of large planograms Cleans and repairs displays Distributes POP items Utilizes selling techniques and knowledge of Nintendo products to aid customers with purchasing decisions Provides product demonstrations and education to store personnel, both individual and group presentations during store calls, weekend demonstrations and outside opportunities Gathers and provides to NMI management insights from the field, to include both written information and digital photographs Participates in monthly conference calls and product training calls as scheduled SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS One to three years of related experience Possess good basic math skills Accurate counting skills Ability to use a computer and digital camera Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; i.e., Excel, Outlook Familiarity with Nintendo products or ability to quickly become familiar with products High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver license Ability to create and follow an efficient schedule Attention to detail and accuracy Good organization skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication skills including presentation and public speaking skills PHYSICAL/FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to climb ladders and lift heavy loads (up to 30 pounds) Ability to perform routine display repair/maintenance Good manual dexterity Overtime periods, weekend and holiday work Extensive local travel Overnight travel in some markets Good driving record Reliable transportation and proof of insurance Must have access to a cell phone, telephone line (optional), high speed internet, and adequate storage space This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
