Puesto: Cajera y Servicio al Cliente

Objetivo del puesto

Brindar una atención cordial, eficiente y profesional a los clientes, realizando correctamente el cobro de productos y servicios, asegurando una experiencia de compra satisfactoria y cumpliendo con los procedimientos internos de la farmacia.

Funciones principales

  • Atender y orientar a los clientes en el punto de venta.
  • Realizar el cobro de productos en efectivo, tarjeta u otros métodos autorizados.
  • Manejar caja registradora, arqueos y cortes de caja.
  • Emitir facturas y comprobantes de pago.
  • Verificar precios, promociones y descuentos vigentes.
  • Apoyar en el acomodo y surtido de mercancía en mostrador.
  • Mantener orden y limpieza en el área de caja.
  • Reportar incidencias, faltantes o situaciones inusuales al supervisor.
  • Cumplir con normas internas y lineamientos de atención al cliente.

Requisitos

  • Educación media básica o media superior (preferente).
  • Experiencia previa en manejo de caja o atención al cliente (deseable).
  • Habilidad numérica y manejo básico de computadora.
  • Buena presentación y actitud de servicio.
  • Disponibilidad de horario.
