Every line of code, every product release, and every conversation with our customers brings us closer to ensuring no patient’s treatment quality depends on where they live.</p> <h3>Why This Role Matters</h3> <p>ClearCalc is a vendor-agnostic independent calculation software platform for treatment planning second checks, helping radiation oncology clinics improve quality, consistency, and confidence in patient treatment plans.</p> <p>As a QA Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of ClearCalc before it reaches customers. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and Customer Success teams, you will test new product releases, investigate and resolve issues, support customer troubleshooting efforts, and contribute to medical device documentation activities.</p> <p>This role requires a strong understanding of radiation oncology quality assurance principles and clinical workflows. Your expertise will help drive product quality, support regulatory compliance, and ultimately improve efficiency and patient care for clinics around the world. The ideal candidate is passionate about radiation therapy, enjoys learning new technologies, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They bring strong organizational and communication skills, excel at managing multiple priorities, and are motivated by helping clinicians deliver the highest quality care possible.</p> <p> </p> <h3>Responsibilities Include</h3> <ul> <li>Testing product versions prior to release to aid in quality assurance using C# in Visual Studio.</li> <li>Version verification and validation testing to ensure product quality and integrity.</li> <li>Coordination with the Success and Support teams for troubleshooting assistance and/or clinic setup.</li> <li>Sharing feedback with the Product Manager and engineering team.</li> <li>Documentation generation for product-related materials.</li> <li>Medical Device documentation preparation, in cooperation with our Regulatory team, including defining requirement specifications, outlining testing conditions, executing and documenting testing, and outlining and mitigating software risks.</li> </ul> <h3>Required Experience</h3> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience as a Clinical Medical Physicist.</li> <li>Validation and verification experience.</li> <li>Programming experience using C#.</li> <li>Strong critical thinking skills.</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to multitask and work independently.</li> <li>Positive attitude and a passion for excellence in patient care.</li> <li>Detailed documentation skills, including the ability to clearly define ideas.</li> <li>Experience with implementation of AAPM Task Group reports related to second-check systems.</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Experience</h3> <ul> <li>More than 5 years of experience as a Clinical Medical Physicist.</li> <li>Experience using Radformation products, particularly ClearCalc.</li> <li>Experience using Visual Studio or similar coding software.</li> <li>Familiarity with multiple treatment planning systems.</li> <li>Product testing and/or verification experience.</li> <li>Customer service experience.</li> </ul> <h3>AI & Hiring Integrity</h3> <p>At Radformation we believe AI can be an incredible tool for innovation, but our hiring process is all about getting to know you, your skills, experience, and unique approach to problem solving.
