What You’ll Do
As a Client Service Manager, you’ll operate at the intersection of client strategy, business development, and delivery excellence. You’ll be responsible for expanding client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and leading teams to deliver high-quality work that strengthens our presence in the region.

  • Drive Market Growth: Build and execute client strategies that expand our footprint across Virginia, increasing market share and introducing new services.
  • Develop Key Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, cultivating long-term partnerships and positioning Kennedy Jenks as a go-to firm.
  • Lead and Inspire Teams: Build and guide high-performing, multidisciplinary teams aligned to client needs and growth goals.
  • Own the Work: Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, profitability, and client satisfaction—while identifying opportunities for follow-on work.
  • Shape the Future: Partner with operations and leadership to identify strategic hires, strengthen capabilities, and scale the business.

What You Bring
  • Proven ability to grow client relationships and drive business development in the water/wastewater infrastructure space
  • Strong leadership experience managing projects, people, and client accounts
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to see opportunities and turn them into action
  • Financial acumen with experience managing revenue targets, project performance, and ROI
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in consulting, engineering, or infrastructure services
  • Experience leading client accounts, programs, or multiple projects
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
This position is eligible for performance and incentive compensation.
