<p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><p></p><p><b>If you have experience working in Continuous Improvement and are looking to make your next career move, this might be the opportunity for bringing your skills to help your team achieve the best results for a great organization within the LEGO Group!</b></p><p></p><p><span>The LEGO Continuous Improvement Sr. Specialist will be responsible for assisting managers in implementing continuous improvement tools, processes, behaviors and mentality. </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Core Responsibilities</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Identifies and lists potential opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and drives productivity agenda through promoting the usage of Continuous Improvement tools.</p></li><li><p>Leads CI breakthrough/strategical projects using Lean tools, as well as CI initiatives to improve processes, tools, and programs. Documents lessons learned from CI projects and initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Coaches and supports site managers and lead professionals to implement CI tools to improve processes and/or tackle critical problems.</p></li><li><p>Performs LCI assessment process and supports areas assigned on LCI assessment journey to achieve target. Supports CI assessment governance process.</p></li><li><p>Arrange and conduct Continuous improvement tool training to organization • Implements Shopfloor management principles through continuous improvement initiatives using various Lean methodologies and principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Support and participate in the implementation of global and local CI agenda, and activities supporting the business strategy.</p></li><li><p>Influences, coaches, challenges, and acts as a sparring-partner to the Manufacturing leaders and their support to adopt CI thinking practices and to demonstrate CI behaviors that drives desired results.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Play your part in our team success</b></p><p>Lego Continuous Improvement builds capabilities in the organization to align, simplify and improve processes, to increase problem-solving skills and to increase change readiness. “LCI” jobs focus on manufacturing operational improvement and cost savings to improve the organization's profitability and efficiency.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Do you have what it takes?</b></p><ul><li><p>Proven experience with Lean/OPEX/CI Tools and facilitation of workshops and improvement events.</p></li><li><p>Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent competence in creative problem-solving and leading improvement projects.</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with ability to communicate and establish rapport with colleagues and managers from and out of the team.</p></li><li><p>Proven coaching technique, applicable from Team Members to Managers.</p></li><li><p>Change agent with proven experience leading and coordinating new initiatives across different areas.</p></li><li><p>Ability to apply organizational change techniques to move the organization into new working methods and new approaches.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional</b></p><ul><li><p>Relocation will not be offered for this position.</p></li><li><p>This position will work onsite 5 days a week.</p></li><li><p>May require global travel.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Join the global LEGO® team</b></p><p></p><p><b>Compensation</b></p>The salary for this position has a range of $93,989.00 - $140,983.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
