As we continue to expand, we're looking for driven, hands-on professionals who want to grow alongside us and help shape the future of AutoTech. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job</strong> <strong>Summary:</strong> </p><p><br></p><p>The Controller serves as a strategic business partner to the CFO and senior leadership, leading the company's accounting function, month-end close, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting while maintaining strong internal controls and balance sheet integrity. This role oversees AP, AR, payroll, revenue recognition, fixed assets, capital expenditures, and ERP administration, and supports budgeting, forecasting, Board and lender reporting, and bank covenant compliance. The Controller also strengthens accounting processes and team capabilities, manages customer credit and tax exposure considerations, and supports integration of newly </p><p>acquired entities. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Supervisory</strong> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong> Three direct reports</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong> </p><ul><li>Act as a business partner to CFO and other senior leaders within the organization. </li><li>Provide leadership and development to the accounting and business support team. </li><li>Develop, implement, and oversee company accounting procedures with an emphasis on strong internal controls. </li><li>Monitor financial performance of the company, including provision of month end variance analysis, trending analysis, and KPI reporting </li><li>Own the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements. </li><li>Maintain Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) compliance, strong internal controls, audit readiness, and company accounting policies. </li><li>Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and balance sheet integrity. </li><li>Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and transactional accounting operations, including but not limited to recruitment and direct supervision </li><li>Ensure consistent revenue recognition and cost allocation across branches. </li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting through accurate historical reporting. </li><li>Strengthen accounting team capabilities and establish scalable procedures. </li><li>ERP system management and administration. </li><li>Annual budget support and regular financial forecasting. </li><li>Administration of Ramp system, including user administration and limit approvals, as well as other systems administration as required. </li><li>Assessment and management of income tax and nexus exposure. </li><li>Support integration of newly acquired companies. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills/Abilities: </strong> </p><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. </li><li>Impeccable analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. </li><li>Excellent accounting systems knowledge and experience. </li><li>Ability to partner with senior management team. </li><li>Willingness to travel between company locations. </li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong> </p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor's degree in accounting</strong></li><li>Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in a senior accounting or financial management role. </li><li>Accounting designation CPA or CMA<strong> </strong> </li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements: </strong> </p><ul><li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. </li></ul> Requirements: <p><br></p><br><br><p><strong>Compensation details:</strong> 00 Yearly Salary</p><br><br><p>PI214b5c8a5-</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?UcxwKjq2m9mrTpZv8972hwo" width="0" height="0">
