The Executive Chef position at The Seagate Golf Club is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the culinary operations across the club’s dining outlets. In addition to leading the culinary team, the Executive Chef will manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, production, and service, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish served. Recruitment, training, and mentoring of kitchen staff are also essential components of the role, fostering a culture of teamwork, creativity, and continuous professional development.
