JOB PURPOSE: Maintains client managed database by entering new and updated contractor estimates into web-based portal. This is a data entry position.

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must be motivated and energetic with the ability to work unsupervised. Good work ethic, ability to prioritize, quick learner, organization, time management, attention to detail, thoroughness, and decision making independence are a must. Ability to function in fast paced deadline driven environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
Process and input contractor estimates into client managed web portal based on specified criteria. Maintain data entry requirements by following program pricing and client mandated procedures. Maintain data integrity by following company policies and procedures and reporting necessary changes as needed. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to type 40 WPM+. Ability to maneuver and operate in client operated web-based applications.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
: Excellent communication skills required. Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information as needed with firm grasp of proper grammar and spelling.

REASONING ABILITY
: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
