2K is headquartered in Novato, California and is a wholly owned label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO). This role will be based in Novato or Los Angeles.

What We Need:

The Executive Assistant provides high-level, proactive administrative and operational support to CAPS leadership, including the SVP of CAPS, the Head of Creative Strategy, and the Head of Creative Studio. This role acts as a critical force multiplier, ensuring leadership impact through meticulous calendar orchestration, travel logistics, expense management, and day-to-day CAPS operational support.

Beyond standard executive assistance, this individual plays a key role in CAPS Operations, supporting leadership meetings, preparing materials, tracking action items, and assisting with the operational rhythm of the organization. The EA partners closely with the Head of CAPS Operations to help keep CAPS leadership aligned, prepared, and operating efficiently, while handling sensitive information with absolute discretion.

What You'll Do:

Executive Support & Impact

  • Proactive Calendar Management: Orchestrate complex, high-volume calendars for multiple senior leaders, prioritizing meetings based on business urgency, dependencies, and strategic impact.
  • Travel & Logistics: End-to-end management of complex domestic and international travel itineraries, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with 2K travel policies.
  • Financial Administration: Manage and reconcile monthly expense reports and department invoices, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely submission.
  • Confidential Documentation & Note Taking: Attend high-level leadership and executive meetings to capture notes, key decisions, and action items; distribute clear recaps and track follow-ups while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

CAPS Operations & Administrative Support

  • Leadership Meeting Support: Provide administrative and operational support for CAPS leadership forums, including staff meetings, leadership syncs, and cross-functional reviews (agenda coordination, note taking, action tracking).
  • Deck & Materials Support: Assist in the preparation and organization of CAPS leadership decks and materials (e.g., leadership reviews, planning decks, offsites), including formatting, versioning, and coordination across contributors.
  • Executive & Agency Meeting Coordination: Support operational and administrative needs around executive- and agency-facing meetings, including scheduling, materials prep, follow-ups, and logistics.
  • Operational Rhythm: Help maintain the cadence of CAPS operations by tracking action items, deadlines, and follow-ups across leadership initiatives in partnership with the Head of Creative Operations.

Operational & Event Coordination

  • CAPS-Wide Events: Lead or support the planning and execution of large-scale internal events, including department townhalls, leadership offsites, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a professional point of coordination between CAPS leadership and internal or external partners, ensuring clear communication, preparedness, and timely follow-ups
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement administrative and operational workflow improvements that increase efficiency, clarity, and alignment across CAPS leadership.

Core Competencies

  • Behavioral: Exceptional emotional intelligence, discretion, adaptability, and composure in a fast-paced, creative, executive environment.
  • Functional / Technical: Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and expense management systems (e.g., Concur).
  • Strategic Influence: Ability to anticipate leadership needs, surface risks early, and proactively resolve scheduling, communication, or operational issues before they impact the business.
  • Discretion & Trust: Proven ability to handle highly sensitive information with integrity and maintain strict confidentiality.

What Will Make You a Great Fit:
  • Experience supporting multiple senior-level executives (VP or above), preferably within gaming, entertainment, or tech.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting leadership meetings, preparing materials, and tracking executive-level action items.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to clarity, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Highly organized thinker with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Deep familiarity with corporate travel, expense, and administrative workflows.
  • Experience working with creative production, studio or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with project management or task-tracking tools (e.g. Asana, Jira)

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $78,900 and $116,760 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for employees in regular roles may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, provided that temporary or intern roles will not be eligible for many of these payments or benefits. Details of participation in compensation and benefit plans (if applicable) will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an ~at-will position~ and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
