This position plays a vital role in ensuring organizational effectiveness at the highest level. The position requires managing complex schedules, organizing global travel, scheduling executive meetings, and acting as a critical communication hub. Key success factors include advanced time management, strong communication skills, problem-solving, empathy, discretion, and the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. The Executive Assistant also helps coordinate across leadership teams, supports meeting preparation and follow-up, and maintains confidentiality, enabling the Executive to focus on strategic priorities.<br /> <br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> Executive Support<br /> • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.<br /> • Prepare and coordinate logistics for meetings.<br /> • Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, mail) and respond or delegate as appropriate.<br /> Stakeholder & Relationship Management<br /> • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.<br /> • Facilitate communication and collaboration across executive leadership teams as needed.<br /> Confidentiality & Discretion<br /> • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.<br /> • Exercise sound judgment in all communications and decision-making.<br /> Office & Administrative Support<br /> • Ensure the Executive's office runs smoothly and is equipped for daily operations.<br /> • Liaise with IT, HR, Legal, and other corporate functions as needed.<br /> • Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.<br /> Basic Qualifications:<br /> • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.<br /> • 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within large, complex organizations.<br /> • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.<br /> • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.<br /> • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom).<br /> • Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams and external partners.<br /> • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.<br /> • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.<br /> Additional Qualifications:<br /> • Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.<br /> • Adaptable and flexible; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.<br /> • Experience in managing confidential information and sensitive communications.<br /> • Energetic, positive attitude with a strong work ethic.<br /> Paramount Skydance Corporation (NASDAQ: PSKY) is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates premium content and experiences for audiences worldwide.
