Provide continuous tools and education to team members to ensure up to date industry, competitor and product knowledge. Actively support the division to achieve their annual sales targets. Coordinate with training teams for onboarding and training new members of the team and additional internal training sessions.</p><p style="margin: 0cm; line-height: normal;">As part of the electrophysiology (EP) department, this remote field-based role offers a permanent position and requires weekly travel (approx. 60%) across South UK (from Birmingham down to the Exeter region, South Wales, and parts of the western region of Greater London), supporting team members and clients based on their needs.</p><p style="margin: 0cm; line-height: normal; background-color: white;"><br><br><strong><u>Your responsibilities will include:</u></strong></p><ul style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0px;"><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; line-height: normal;">Physician training: Conduct training for physicians on EP products and procedures; design, develop and plan training programs for healthcare professionals, together with Marketing / Business Unit Managers.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; line-height: normal;">Clinical selling: Assist the sales team with hospitals in-lab-service; guide initial procedures conducted by newly trained healthcare professionals to assure successful outcome; promote adaptation to best demonstrated practices.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; line-height: normal;">Advisor / expert of products: Act as consultant for healthcare professionals by providing solutions to medical, clinical and technical questions; recommend the best clinical solutions as part of product strategy; responsible for all clinical aspects of product evaluation and clinical trials; work closely with Marketing in the development of training materials.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; line-height: normal;">Market development: growing the number of procedures through training and development of key centres / physicians: assist Business Unit Manager / Marketing Manager in assessment of potential new accounts; attend joint visits and provide in-lab-service at hospitals if necessary; present solution advantages in hospital level workshops.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; line-height: normal;">Sales training: Assist procedures and product training programs for commercial teams; act as a contact person with regional / international training function and ensure maximum effectiveness of the division's sales effort; may train new hires as required and co-visit hospitals and co-hold hospital level workshops.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; line-height: normal;">KOL relationship management: As a key member of the national sales team, maintain KOL relationships and possible COE centres.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; line-height: normal;">As an interface between clients and customer service, you are responsible for facilitating the sharing of documents and processes to identify, notify and ensure any complaints or problems are addressed, thereby demonstrating a high commitment to Quality in all interactions and behaviours. </li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; line-height: normal;">Drive as needed to support and facilitate any field corrective actions as required.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; line-height: normal;">Assure that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained to Quality System compliance and adhere to the BSC Quality Policy.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; line-height: normal;">Establish and promote a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.</li></ul><ul style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;" type="disc"><li style="color: black; margin-top: 0px;"><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; line-height: normal;">Clinical experience within Electrophysiology or Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM).</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; line-height: normal;">Experience of coaching or mentoring team members in a clinical environment.</li></ul><ul style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;" type="disc"><li style="color: black; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal; background-color: white; margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm;">Successfully completed degree studies (or equivalent) within Biomedical Sciences or healthcare subject is beneficial.</li></ul><ul style="margin-bottom: 0cm;
