The problems are genuinely hard, the company is growing fast, and you're early enough to shape both the product and the team.</p></div><h3>Summary</h3> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Field Marketing & Events Manager</strong> to join our Marketing team and lead the strategy and execution of Oasis’s global field presence during a period of rapid growth.</p> <p>This role sits at the intersection of brand, pipeline, and experience.</p> <p>You will architect and execute a high-impact global events strategy - from flagship industry conferences to curated executive experiences - across US, EMEA, and beyond. Your work will directly drive awareness, influence enterprise deals, and strengthen Oasis’s position as a category leader in identity security.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Global Event Strategy:</strong> Design and execute a world-class events calendar—from high-touch executive roundtables for Fortune 500 CISOs to major international security summits.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Full-Stack Execution:</strong> Own end-to-end logistics, including vendor global management, booth production, and on-site execution, ensuring a seamless brand experience anywhere in the world.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Pipeline Acceleration:</strong> Partner with Sales and Marketing Ops to ensure every global engagement is captured, tracked, and converted into a measurable pipeline.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Strategic Insights:</strong> Translate event data into actionable business impact, continuously optimizing our global strategy based on market trends and performance.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>AI-Driven Innovation:</strong> Leverage AI tools to scale your workflows and create personalized, cutting-edge experiences for attendees.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>What we're looking for</h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>The Experience:</strong> 3-5 years in field marketing or event management, with a solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Conference Expertise:</strong> Previous experience managing presence at major industry conferences like <strong>RSA</strong> or <strong>Identiverse</strong> is a significant advantage.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Global Mindset:</strong> Proven track record of executing high-impact events across different regions (US, EMEA, etc.) and managing international vendors.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Strategic Execution:</strong> You are a "doer" who can also think big.
