In this role, you\'ll utilize your experience, proficiency in cosmetic monetization, and knowledge of UGC ecosystems to help shape the future of cosmetics in the Fortnite universe.</p><h2><strong>In this role, you will</strong></h2><ul><li>Sustain and expand existing cosmetic systems by introducing fresh content, interactions, and behaviors using your technical skills</li><li>Collaborate closely with artists, engineers, and other designers to ensure cosmetic features are cohesive, functional, and visually compelling</li><li>Support others in brainstorming and conceptualizing new cosmetic mechanics and initiatives</li><li>Analyze player behavior and feedback to refine cosmetic systems and ensure a high-quality player experience</li><li>Help define and maintain best practices and design guidelines for cosmetic systems within the team</li></ul><h2><strong>What we\'re looking for</strong></h2><ul><li>5+ years of gameplay design and/or cosmetics development experience</li><li>Proficiency in UE5 blueprint and/or visual scripting languages; comfortable with regular hands-on development</li><li>Experience with all stages of development, from pitch & prototype to shipping & live support</li><li>Ability to drive initiatives, with a desire to move quickly and challenge the status quo</li><li>Knowledgeable about the Fortnite Ecosystem and its offerings</li><li>Demonstrated ability to improvise and creatively solve problems</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li></ul><h2>EPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFE</h2><p>Our intent is to cover all things that are medically necessary and improve the quality of life.
