What You Will Do to Change Lives

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization’s Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role partners closely with HR functional teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure Workday is configured and utilized effectively to support business processes, data integrity, compliance, and a positive end-user experience. The Analyst analyzes system needs, implements enhancements, supports Workday-related projects and integrations, develops documentation, and delivers training to end users.


Shifts Available:

Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Days: Monday – Friday

Expected starting wage range is $88,090.33 - $108,823.48. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.


What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with HR systems and applications, including hands-on experience with Workday.
  • Experience with HCM functionality, configuration, workflows, and role-based security.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices, processes, and data privacy requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, a valid driver’s license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.
