We are seeking a unique and experienced UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Integration Specialist responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between UKG Pro WFM and various enterprise systems. This role ensures seamless data flow, enhances automation, and optimizes workforce management processes. The specialist will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align integration solutions with business objectives.

What You Will Do:

Integration Development & Support

  • Design, build, and deploy integrations between UKG Pro WFM and third-party HR, payroll, and financial systems
  • Develop APIs, connectors, and automation scripts for real-time and batch data synchronization
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all integrations
System Optimization & Configuration
  • Analyze business requirements to configure UKG WFM for scheduling, forecasting, accruals, and labor standards
  • Troubleshoot integration errors and recommend best practices for data flow and system communication
  • Implement role-based access and security measures to safeguard employee information
Collaboration & Project Management
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless system functionality
  • Lead projects related to system upgrades, migrations, and new feature implementations
  • Provide documentation and training for end-users on integration functionalities
Performance Monitoring & Compliance
  • Conduct data integrity audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflows
  • Stay updated on UKG Pro updates and recommend enhancements for system efficiency
Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS integration, preferably with UKG Pro WFM or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in API development, XML, JSON, and middleware tools (Boomi, Workato, or similar).
  • Experience with SQL queries and data mapping for workforce management solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

  • Experience in workforce analytics and business intelligence reporting
