General information Job Title JFK DIVESTING AGENT P/T Date Tuesday, April 29, 2025 City Jamaica State New York **Base Pay Rate** $ 19\.75 Full/Part Time Part Time Exempt or Non\-Exempt Position Non\-Exempt Part Time Days Days of the week Shift Shift Start Time Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday A.M. shift, P.M. shift **Requirements And Description** The Divesting Agent manages access control and provisioning for all airport passengers who enter the TSA screening area at the Delta Terminal 4 location for access to the SIDA area. **Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities*** Maintain constant visibility, vigilant awareness, and alertness throughout the shift.* Must communicate clear instructions at the TSA access point and post TSA entry point.* Must be able to screen passengers and their belongings and resolve all alarms before authorizing access.* Must be able to report any leftover items to Management and TSA.* Report any criminal or suspicious activities related to the Company's property, personnel, or operations.* Inform the management team of any emergency or security incident to take the necessary measures to resolve the situation.* Take charge of emergencies and report them accurately to Management and TSA* Comply with all TSA and Port Authority Policies and Procedures.**Pre\-requisites****Basic Qualifications*** Must be a local (in\-state) resident.* Valid US/State ID* Successfully pass pre\-employment drug screen and background check.* You must be at least 18 years old.* Must have authorization to work in the United States.* Must complete SIDA and Security Guard training as needed to obtain PANYNJ.**Experience*** Being open and willing to collaborate with a detail\-oriented team is necessary.**Airport Security Or Employee Screening Experience Preferred.****Knowledge, Skills \& Abilities:*** Excellent customer service skills.
