Role Overview
We are hiring a Junior Florist to support daily flower preparation and arrangement production. This is a hands-on role suited for candidates who have basic floristry skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn professional standards in a premium flower studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing bouquets, box arrangements, baskets, and vase designs
  • Clean, trim, hydrate, and condition flowers daily
  • Support senior florists in assembling arrangements and event orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools
  • Follow quality control and freshness standards
  • Support packing, labeling, and order preparation
  • Assist with receiving flower deliveries and stock organization
  • Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and safety procedures
  • Support setup and breakdown for large orders or events when required

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of floristry or flower shop experience (training can be provided)
  • Basic knowledge of flower handling and care is an advantage
  • Willingness to learn professional floral design techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and neat finishing
  • Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle flowers
  • Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in retail or floral shops is an advantage

  • Full-time, Dubai-based
  • Shift work, including weekends and peak seasons
  • Production-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
