Position: Lead Consultant UKG (Kronos) WFM

Duration: 6 Months
Location: Remote in the USA

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Consultant with strong expertise in UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management (WFM) implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will lead endtoend delivery, drive solution design, and act as a subject matter expert across configurations, integrations, and key UKG modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle implementations and enhancements of UKG (Kronos) WFM solutions
  • Drive solution design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable configurations
  • Provide technical leadership on WIM (Workforce Integration Manager), CALS, and integrations
  • Architect and oversee integrations using UKG Boomi and UKG Dimensions/Pro integration frameworks
  • Configure and optimize UKG modules such as:
    • Time & Attendance
    • Accruals
    • Scheduling
  • Design and configure Genies for dashboards, analytics, and operational visibility
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and offshore teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and crossfunctional teams
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and compliance standards

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Workforce Management solutions
  • 5+ years of handson experience with UKG (Kronos) WFM
  • Proven experience in at least 2 3 key UKG Pro WFM modules
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Configuration and pay rules
    • WIM, CALS, and interface design
    • UKG Boomi integrations
    • Genie configuration and customization
  • Experience leading largescale implementations and enhancements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • UKG/Kronos certifications
  • Experience with UKG Pro or UKG Dimensions (cloudbased environments)
  • Exposure to global workforce implementations
