Keep reading, to find out more </P><P><STRONG>The Opportunity </STRONG></P><P><STRONG>Salary:</STRONG> £48,226 - £51,356 per annum <BR><STRONG>Working Pattern:</STRONG> Full-time (37 hours per week)<BR><STRONG>Location:</STRONG> County Hall, Chichester, with Hybrid and Flexible Working opportunities <BR><STRONG>Interview Date: w/c 18th May 2026 </STRONG></P><P>As a Learning and Development Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for the commissioning of L&D opportunities on behalf of the County Council within our Adult & Health Services and the Private, Voluntary and Independent Care Sector.</P><P>You will be responsible for understanding, defining, and forecasting your customers' L&D requirements, translating these into plans and solutions, and ensuring that everything gets project managed, delivered and evaluated effectively.</P><P>You will support the development of a culture of continuous, employee-led learning in which staff can be the best they can be.
