Ensures the accuracy of future market environment scenarios. Develops business solutions to meet the business analysis and market research needs of the organization. Provides guidance to all functions and levels of management on the implementation of strategic initiatives designed to increase shareholder value. Leads the PSL strategy requirements, both globally and across the regions, working closely with the leadership team. Supports greenhouse gas monitoring requirements for the PSL. Qualifications Requirements: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related and 8 years of experience in the job offered or Market & Business Analyst, Prin related occupation.   Position requires experience in the following:   Experience using data analysis tools to analyze large datasets through data modeling, identify trends, and create clear, compelling data visualization for senior management. Experience leading strategy development and supporting decision-making by applying strategic frameworks and systematically gathering and analyzing market data, and translating complex market insights into actionable plans for senior management. Experience building financial models to forecast financial outcomes, evaluate opportunities, and assess the economic viability of strategic initiatives. Experience managing complex strategic initiatives across functions and with multiple stakeholders Experience creating clear, concise, and data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management to drive strategic direction with key implications. Experience hiring, developing and mentoring a team, as well as assigning tasks to team members based on their skills and capacity.
