We are working in partnership with a fantastic people-first organisation to hire a Marketing Executive with a focus on Content Creation, Copywriting and Organic Social.

You'd be joining a brilliant team with great mentorship and clear paths of progression over the coming years. We have had very positive feedback from previous hires into this team about culture and development and they are known externally as a good employer.

This is a broad Marketing Executive Role with a particular focus on content and social media management. It would suit someone who loves the creative side of marketing and enjoys social media management.

This is a remote first role, though there will be regular travel to different local sites approximately four times a month. This travel is expensed, and flexible around your timings.

Role Overview

  • Social Media - Managing campaigns across LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram amongst others and this individual will be involved in the business creating a TikTok presence
  • Content Creation - Hands on creation of offline and online content - from social media posts to marketing emails to newsletters and brochures.
  • Influencer Strategy - Build and monitor the Social Media Influencer Strategy.
  • Campaign Management - leading multi-channel campaigns from brief to delivery to optimisation. The wider team support strategically.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing in a broad B2C role, with a preference for experience within retail marketing, financial services, regulated environments, professional services.
  • Experience in building organic social media content and campaigns - ideally across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Broad content creation experience - Email writing, graphics, video, newsletters, social media posts blogs and more.
  • Experience managing campaigns, ideally multiple channels and end-to-end from brief to post-campaign.
  • Proactive personality and interested in going out and building relationships across the business in-person and virtually. Someone who is collaborative and happy to gather insight from different sites.
  • Excellent organisation and planning experience.
  • Driving License for travel.

Desirable

  • Experience running influencer campaigns across different social media platforms.
  • Ideally based in the in the middle of the country to make travel to different areas easier.
