POMS is owned by Constellation Software – one of the fastest growing software companies in Canada.</p><p></p><h2>Role Overview</h2><p>As the POMS Marketing Manager, you will own and execute POMS’ end-to-end marketing strategy – focused on driving pipeline growth, supporting customer expansion, and delivering measurable marketing impact. This is a highly hands-on role that offers strong visibility within the organization and a clear opportunity to expand scope over time, including building and scaling POMS’ marketing capabilities as the POMS business grows.</p><p></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>Demand Generation & New Logo Acquisition</h3><ul><li><p>Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) and email campaigns, including target account identification, message sequencing, personalization, execution, measurement, and continuous optimization.</p></li><li><p>Own and coordinate POMS’ presence at industry conferences (approximately 2–3 per year), including event planning, logistics, pre- and post-event campaigns, and lead follow-up alignment with Sales.</p></li><li><p>Manage and optimize the POMS website and SEO strategy in collaboration with external vendors.</p></li><li><p>Own and execute POMS’ social media strategy, including approximately two posts per week and the development of thought leadership content (roughly one article every two months).</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain sales and marketing collateral such as case studies, solution overviews, and industry-specific messaging.</p></li></ul><h3>Customer Marketing & Expansion (Back-to-Base)</h3><ul><li><p>Plan and execute a monthly customer webinar series to drive product adoption, engagement, and retention.</p></li><li><p>Lead and coordinate POMS CON (our customer conference), including agenda development, speaker coordination, and cross-functional alignment.</p></li><li><p>Partner with Sales and Customer Success on expansion campaigns, adoption initiatives, and upsell programs.</p></li><li><p>Support go-to-market execution for new enhancements, modules, and products.</p></li></ul><h3>Go-to-Market Strategy & Messaging</h3><ul><li><p>Develop and refine core messaging, positioning, and value propositions for POMS offerings.</p></li><li><p>Ensure consistency of messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.</p></li><li><p>Conduct lightweight, competitive and market analysis to inform campaign design and messaging.</p></li></ul><h3>Analytics, Performance & Ownership</h3><ul><li><p>Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, and conversion metrics.</p></li><li><p>Continuously optimize programs based on performance data and qualitative feedback.</p></li><li><p>Take end-to-end ownership of marketing initiatives, from planning through execution, measurement, and refinement.</p></li></ul><div><p></p></div><h2>Qualifications & Experience</h2><h3>Required</h3><ul><li><p>4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in enterprise, vertical SaaS, or complex software environments.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to execute campaigns hands-on, not just manage agencies or vendors.</p></li><li><p>Experience with ABM, email marketing, and digital demand generation.</p></li><li><p>Strong collaboration with Sales and Product teams.</p></li><li><p>Analytical mindset with experience tracking pipeline, attribution, and campaign performance.</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p>High ownership mindset and comfort operating independently in a lean environment.</p></li></ul><h3>Preferred / Nice to Have</h3><ul><li><p>Experience marketing manufacturing, MES, ERP, or industrial software.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing external vendors (web, SEO, design).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms</p></li><li><p>Experience running events, conferences, or field marketing programs.</p></li></ul><div><p></p></div><h2>Who This Role Is For</h2><p>This role is ideal for someone who:</p><ul><li><p>Wants to own marketing end-to-end rather than a narrow functional slice.</p></li><li><p>Is equally comfortable setting strategy and executing campaigns.</p></li><li><p>Enjoys working closely with Sales and driving direct revenue impact.</p></li><li><p>Thrives in a high-accountability, hands-on environment.</p></li><li><p>Is motivated by building scalable marketing foundations within a growing business.</p></li></ul><div><p></p></div><h2>Why POMS</h2><p>POMS offers a unique opportunity to combine the agility and ownership of a focused business with the stability and scale of a larger software organization.</p><ul><li><p><b>Mission-critical software with real-world impact</b>: POMS solutions support complex manufacturing and operations environments, where reliability, performance, and customer trust matter deeply.</p></li><li><p><b>Strong backing as part of the CSI family</b>: As a member of Constellation Software Inc.
