Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As a Material Handler 4, perform warehousing functions such as receiving and processing incoming stock/materials, picking and retrieving stock, packing & shipping orders domestically and internationally, and organizing the warehouse while following all guidelines and regulations.
  • Perform supply chain management using SAP, ERP, Oracle, and Microsoft Office products to track inventory, report data, process payments, and communicate with suppliers as well as other members within the organization.
  • Assist shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
  • Process payments, requests and supply orders.
  • Retrieve materials and pack boxes; prepare parcels for shipment and place orders in the delivery area.
  • Sort and place materials or items into racks, shelves, or bins.
  • Count physical inventory and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by keeping the pallets area and all work stations clean and organized at all times.
  • Communicate and coordinate with supervisor and team members.
  • Follow all safety practices, guidelines, regulations, and procedures.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of previous warehouse and logistics experience is preferred
  • Proven consistency, dependability, and reliability
  • Working knowledge of SAP, ERP software required
  • Working knowledge of Oracle preferred
  • Must be a motivated self-starter willing to learn and cross-train
  • Regularly lift and/or move objects that weigh 10–40 lbs
  • Occasionally team lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch
  • Must wear safety shoes
  • Must get forklift certified

SKILLS:

  • 2+ years experience working with Microsoft Products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneDrive, Outlook
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal communication, organization, time-management, and mathematical skills
  • Strong computer skills and high proficiency with inventory and supply chain management databases and systems

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay position within the stated salary range is based on factors including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, location, shift, and internal/external equity.
  • The salary range is the range for roles in California, Colorado, New York or remote roles in those states and may be adjusted in the future.
  • Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay and may be eligible for shift differential, depending on the shift.
  • Eligible for bonuses under STI/SIP programs and possibly the Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, subject to terms and eligibility.
