  • An active, approved STATE NMLS license is a must.

  • The discipline to maintain all mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education.
  • A solid, working understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technical systems and programs, such as Encompass.
  • Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry.
  • The ability and passion to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners.
  • Being bilingual is a valuable asset (A PLUS!)
