Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle UKG Pro WFM, staying up-to-date on the latest features and capabilities. Utilize your expertise to analyze client needs and recommend the most efficient and effective solutions for their workforce management processes. Lead and manage the implementation and integration of Oracle UKG Pro WFM for clients, ensuring a smooth and successful deployment. Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Oracle UKG Pro WFM. Train and mentor team members on the use and implementation of Oracle UKG Pro WFM, promoting a culture of continuous learning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle UKG Pro WFM systems, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to workforce management and share knowledge with team members and clients. Lead meetings and presentations with clients to discuss project progress, gather feedback, and make recommendations for future enhancements. Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure they meet client expectations and company standards. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of Oracle UKG Pro WFM systems, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, effectively communicating project requirements, timelines, and any issues that arise. Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Keep accurate and detailed documentation of project plans, processes, and progress.
