Our team is passionate about creating a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our dynamic team. **Job Summary** The Part Time Data Entry Specialist will work approximately 20 hours per week, supporting various stages of the data lifecycle, including data collection, organization, entry, analysis, and reporting. This role will involve working with a range of data sources, including Salesforce, surveys, and interviews, and will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Help implement and maintain data collection systems to support registration, delivery, and follow-up from events and trainings, including creating events in Salesforce, uploading data, and maintaining data collection forms * Support staff using surveys and other forms at trainings and events, and act as the point of contact to ensure paperwork and survey completion * Review incoming data and assign tasks to Navigators for follow-up * Manage web-based leads and direct them to appropriate staff * Follow data security practices and procedures * Receive, organize, scan, upload, and file paperwork * Accurately enter data into Salesforce, Qualtrics, and other software, as necessary * Maintain communication with the Director of Evaluation, and use systems in place (Excel, SharePoint, other) to document data entry activities and progress * Run and audit reports in Salesforce for accuracy * Assist with the development and writing of reports for internal and external audiences * Additional functions may include: + Assisting with research projects, analyses of qualitative and quantitative data + Data visualization and helping to design reports in Salesforce or charts and graphs using Excel **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or equivalent * One year of data entry experience * Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including experience with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) * Ability to operate office equipment, including printer, scanner, and copying machine * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent oral and written English communication skills * Ability to take initiative and ask questions * Possesses exceptional attention to detail * Effective collaboration and communication skills * Strong organizational skills * Sets and meets deadlines * Self-motivated * Strong work ethic **Preferred Qualifications** * Coursework in data analytics, research methods, statistics * Experience with Salesforce, Qualtrics, and MailChimp * Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools, such as Slack and Zoom * Interest in analytics, program evaluation, nonprofit communication, and management **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and growth of our team members.
