Ready for the challenge?</p><h2></h2><h2><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and run end-to-end People Operations within the Philippines, ensuring our people processes, policies, and systems scale smoothly as Heidi grows</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage core People Ops functions including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and people data accuracy across Philippines region</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and continuously improve our People systems and tools (e.g. HRIS, people platforms), ensuring efficient workflows, clean data, and a seamless employee experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Apply in-depth knowledge of Philippine labour laws and legislation collaborating with Legal and Finance to maintain full regulatory compliance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with leads to help their teams grow, through clear role design, pathways, feedback mechanisms, and growth conversations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as IT, People Tech, Finance, and Legal to deliver smooth employee experiences, system integrations, and operational improvements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing clear, empathetic guidance on people-related processes, policies, and systems</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work autonomously to manage multiple priorities at once, bringing structure, follow-through, and sound judgement in a fast-paced startup environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proactively identify opportunities to improve how we work, helping build strong People foundations that support performance, wellbeing, and long-term growth</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Who You Are:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years of experience in People Operations, ideally within a high-growth tech scale-up operating across ANZ and global markets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience managing global people operations, including exposure to different employment models, regions, and compliance requirements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A senior individual contributor who is comfortable owning work end-to-end, operating independently, and driving outcomes without close supervision</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience working with HR systems, people data, and process improvement in a scaling environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — you anticipate challenges, take initiative, and continuously look for better ways to support the business</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Clear, thoughtful communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and seniority levels</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What do we believe in?</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Heidi builds for the future of healthcare, not just the next quarter, and our goals are ambitious because the world’s health demands it.
