Job Summary

GracePath Healthcare is currently hiring dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our compassionate and professional care team. We offer immediate openings with visa sponsorship available for qualified foreign nationals. You will play a critical role in providing physical and emotional support to clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.

  • Support with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring dietary needs.

  • Provide medication reminders and ensure timely adherence to care plans.

  • Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation.

  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, tidying, and organizing.

  • Observe and report any changes in the clients condition to supervising healthcare professionals.

  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of services provided.

  • Adhere to safety, infection control, and privacy protocols at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Basic understanding of personal care routines and healthcare hygiene.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).

  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude toward the elderly and persons with disabilities.

  • Physically able to perform lifting, transferring, and assisting with mobility.

  • Legally eligible or willing to apply for work authorization in the United States (visa sponsorship available).

Experience

  • Previous experience in caregiving, home health aide, or nursing assistant role is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Training or certification in CPR, First Aid, or a PCA/HHA program is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible scheduling available: full-time, part-time, weekend, and evening shifts.
