Do you love making great pizza? The Doughroom is looking for a Part-Time Pizza Cook to join our busy kitchen team in Los Angeles!

The Job Details

  • Restaurant: The Doughroom
  • Location: 3409 Overland Ave, LA, CA 90034
  • What you'll do:
  • Make high-quality pizzas!
  • Open pizza dough by hand (you must be able to stretch the dough).
  • Cook pizzas using a deck oven.
  • Keep your station clean and work fast during busy times.
  • Hours: Part-time position.
  • Shift Time: Morning weekend shift, night shifts. (exact hours TBD, but you must be available for dinner service).
  • Availability: You must be available to work on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights).
  • Pay: $22 per hour + tips (Tips usually bring the total pay to $24–$25 per hour).

What We're Looking For

  • Must-Have: Experience cooking pizzas in a professional setting.
  • Crucial Skill: Must be able to open/stretch pizza dough by hand and operate a deck oven.
  • Bonus Skills (Great if you have these!):
  • Lots of professional pizza-making experience.
  • Ability to speak Spanish.
