<strong>Position Summary</strong><br><br><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif;">Ideal candidate resides in the Med-West states near major airport</span></strong></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif;">This position will be responsible for supporting engineering activities at all facilities as well as some development and implementation of projects from concept through start up.  This position will be responsible to support the development of annual capital budgets, maintain the 5 year capital plan and support plant continuous improvement projects, including safety, environmental, sustainability, and quality goals.  The Manager of Engineering Services will develop and implement an energy and sustainability plan for the operations organization.   This position will work closely with plant controllers and operations controller to provide consolidated capital project forecasting and accurate cash flow for operations capital planning.  This is an all-inclusive engineering role that will provide administrative and engineering support of corporate operations goals and provide support to the plants and plant project engineers as needed.</span></p> <br><strong>Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong><br><br><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif;">Develop detailed 5 year capital plans for each facility</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif;">Tracking of overall cash flow for operations capital budget and the planning of capital budgets.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif;">Provide engineering support and project development to the CI group</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif;">Provide oversight of external engineering firms, vendors, OEM’s and contractors in the execution of a capital project.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif;">Project planning, including:</span></li><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif;">Economic and feasibility analysis</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif;">Conceptual and schematic design</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif;">Cost estimation</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif;">Experience in food, pharma, or consumer products manufacturing a plus</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif;">Experience as a capital project engineer or project manager.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif;">Experience in packaging automation and robotics preferred.</span></li><li><span><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif;">Experience with Ammonia Refrigeration Systems is preferred.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif;">Must have skills in capital project development and implementation.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Georgia',serif;">Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt;
