<p><b>Job Description</b></p> <p><b><i>U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to client contracts. This position requires on-site work in the U.S. and the ability to obtain the necessary government security clearance.</i></b></p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li><p>Effectively lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and productivity.</p></li> <li><p>Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to strategically manage and prioritize the backlog to align with team and organizational objectives.</p></li> <li><p>Identify and proactively remove impediments, providing the team with the focus they need to meet their delivery goals.</p></li> <li><p>Utilize metrics to track team performance and sprint progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.</p></li> <li><p>Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, promoting accountability and collaboration within the team.</p></li> <li><p>Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners including production managers, instructional designers, developers, subject matter experts, and quality analysts to ensure project alignment.</p></li> <li><p>Optimize workflows, resource distribution, and operational efficiency within the Agile framework to enhance team productivity.</p></li> <li><p>Act as a liaison between the Agile team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding priorities and project outcomes.</p></li> </ul> <p><b>Required Skills</b></p> <ul> <li><p>Deep knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices.</p></li> <li><p>Proven experience using metrics to improve team performance and promote continuous improvement.</p></li> <li><p>Demonstrated ability to coach and guide teams in Agile practices effectively.</p></li> <li><p>Experience in optimizing workflows and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p></li> <li><p>Strong skills in facilitation, communication, organization, and conflict resolution.</p></li> <li><p>Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver timely results.</p></li> <li><p>Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.</p></li> </ul> <p><b>Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li><p>Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Education, Instructional Design, or Information Technology (Master's degree preferred).</p></li> <li><p>8+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years serving as a Scrum Master in Agile settings.</p></li> <li><p>Experience in supporting learning solutions programs, healthcare IT, or large-scale IT transformation initiatives is preferred.</p></li> <li><p>Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is required.</p></li> <li><p>Background in learning development or content design is strongly preferred.</p></li> <li><p>Familiarity with healthcare systems and electronic health record (EHR) training content is a plus.</p></li> <li><p>Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a Public Trust clearance.</p></li> <li><p>Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.</p></li> </ul> <p><b>Disclaimer:</b></p> <p><b>Certain positions may require compliance with applicable immunization, occupational health mandates, or drug testing requirements.</b></p> <p><b>The salary and benefit information provided here pertains solely to the specified locations.</b></p> <p>The hiring range in USD is from $27.07 to $54.13 per hour or from $56,300 to $112,600 per year.
