About the Role We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager with strong experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG), construction technology, and AI-driven product experiences to own and scale our integrations ecosystem as a core driver of growth. This is a fully remote role. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and AI. You’ll define how our platform connects with key systems (ERPs, partners, and emerging AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude) to drive activation, adoption, and long-term customer value. You will have end-to-end ownership of integrations, from strategy and roadmap through execution and iteration. You will play a critical role in shaping how our product evolves in an increasingly AI-driven world. We operate in a fast-moving environment and expect our PMs to actively use AI in their day-to-day work to move faster, make better decisions, and keep pace with engineering. What You’ll Own Define and execute the integration strategy and roadmap aligned with company and product goals Own the end-to-end integration experience, from discovery → activation → long-term usage Build and scale integrations with ERP systems and construction platforms AI tools and protocols (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, LLM-based workflows) Drive integrations as a core PLG lever (activation, retention, expansion) Partner closely with engineering to deliver high-quality, scalable integration solutions Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize and execute opportunities Define and track success metrics (adoption, usage, performance, impact on growth) Continuously iterate using experimentation and customer feedback How We Work (AI-First) We operate with an AI-first mindset. In this role, you are expected to Actively use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools in your daily workflow Leverage AI for writing specs, analyzing data, synthesizing feedback, and prototyping ideas Continuously improve how you work by incorporating AI into your processes The strongest candidates will already be leveraging AI tools regularly to accelerate product thinking, execution, and collaboration.
