Coordinate operations for an assigned program/project, supporting a recognized mid-large scale program/project.

What are the Primary Duties and Responsibilities?

  • Coordinates and maintains applicable program/project schedules and agendas, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Drafts meeting minutes and other correspondence/communication with management and collaborators.
  • Collaborates with other departments, staff, leaders, and partners to provide coordination of logistics and information as directed by leadership.
  • Prioritizes and coordinates the development of events, outreach activities, meetings, and materials to promote and coordinate the program/project. May represent the program and/or organization.
  • Fosters a collaborative and positive relationship-building dynamic with internal staff and external parties. Provides education, training, onboarding, and mentorship pertaining to the program/project.
  • Collaborates with departments, vendors, and community parties as needed to support the development and management of program/project budgets; maintains and tracks all supporting budget/financial files and documents.
  • Creates reports for management to evaluate program/project performance and day-to-day operations. Documents and tracks program/project compliance.
  • Offers feedback to management and makes recommendations regarding program/project operations and procedures.

Qualifications

Education
  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience
  • Required: Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible administrative or strategic support experience
  • Preferred: 3 years of experience supporting or coordinating organizational programs or projects, with familiarity in program/project management principles and development processes
