What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide administrative support to diagnostic radiology clinical staff and clients
  • Answer phone calls from hospitals during peak hours and assist with client inquiries
  • Notify radiologists of client questions and high-priority studies to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot issues related to exams and client communications

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Must be able to work evening/night shifts
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical or healthcare field
  • Previous experience as a Technologist, Radiology Assistant, or in imaging is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment
