In this role, you will be responsible for securing managed units through new unit launches, hotel conversions, hotel development, and acquisition while also participating in high-value, strategic growth initiatives.</p> <p>You bring unmatched expertise in sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex transactions at scale. With an extensive network of property owners, lenders, and brokers, you will lead deal-making efforts for apartment, apartment-hotel and traditional hotel assets, leveraging innovative structures to minimize risk and maximize financial outcomes for both Kasa and our partners.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about shaping the future of real estate and hospitality.</p> <p><strong>About the Team</strong></p> <p>This role is in our Real Estate department. The mission of the department is to grow Kasa's national and global footprint by partnering with multifamily, hotel, and apart-hotel developers and owners. We achieve this mission by demonstrating the tremendous value we create for our partners through our high-margin and flexible operating model. Unlike traditional hospitality operators, we partner with property owners across a wide set of markets, property types, unit types, and deal structures, including, traditional management agreements, revenue share leases, centralized services agreements, and property acquisitions. As a result, our dynamic operations, proprietary tech, and cost structure make Kasa the one-stop partner for property owners.</p> <p>Members of the team have diverse backgrounds in real estate private equity, finance, investment sales, construction, and hotel business development.
