In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of products, systems, and services within a designated market, achieving sales targets, and developing new market opportunities. Responsibilities Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating our value proposition to customers Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed Skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent education 7+ years of experience in the metals industry, with understanding processes in the industry and some detailed knowledge of some of the metals applications i.e. Material Handling, Primary Metals (Melting & Casting), Hot and Cold Rolling Mills and Processing Lines Knowledge of AC, DC Drives, Motors, Switchgears, MCC's and Process Automation Ability to demonstrate your experience in the metals industry and manage the customers accounts techno commercially for solutions and service business Ability to communicate clearly with the existing customers and skills to make cold calls to establish the relationship with the new/unreached customers You are able to learn and absorb different relevant tools available within Process Division Industry for metals market Possess an enhanced knowledge of general business software/platforms like Microsoft word, excel, SFDC, etc You are ability to internalize the customer requirements/information and communicate with the supporting team to have the proper equipment/systems configured for the opportunities You are at ease communicating in English Benefits Choice between two medical plan options A PPO plan called the Copay Plan OR a High Deductible Health Plan (with a Health Savings Account) called the High Deductible Plan.
