About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support our growing personal injury law practice. This is a remote position open to international candidates, and Spanish fluency is required as you will regularly communicate with Spanish-speaking clients.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in personal injury law, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients in both Spanish and English via phone, email, and text

  • Assist with client intake, case opening, and ongoing case management

  • Request and follow up on medical records, bills, police reports, and other case-related documents

  • Draft correspondence, legal documents, and demand packages

  • Maintain and update case files and client information in the case management system

  • Coordinate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties

  • Track deadlines and ensure files are organized and up to date

  • Support attorneys with administrative and legal tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

  • Prior experience as a personal injury legal assistant or case assistant

  • Ability to work remotely from outside the U.S.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Comfortable handling confidential information

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal case management software

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. business hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with U.S.-based personal injury law firms

  • Familiarity with medical records and personal injury claims processes

  • Experience with client intake and demand preparation

  • Knowledge of immigration-friendly remote work environments
