We are seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to join our team in a high-impact, growth-oriented role. This is an opportunity for an experienced logistics sales professional, ideally with a background at FedEx, to leverage existing relationships, build a book of business, and participate in a long-term equity-driven growth model. Role Overview The Director of Strategic Accounts will be responsible for driving new business development, with a primary focus on converting parcel customers into a UPS-based solution while expanding into broader transportation offerings. This role is highly entrepreneurial in nature. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry relationships, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build and grow a personal portfolio of accounts. In return, the role offers uncapped earnings and a meaningful equity opportunity tied to performance and long-term growth.
