This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on structured logistics review, planning workflow analysis, itinerary development, checklist preparation, coordination support, and high-quality project execution.   • Review logistics scenarios involving multi-stop travel, scheduling constraints, budget limits, travel times, booking requirements, and itinerary development
  • Evaluate travel plans against calendar availability, location constraints, transportation timing, and stated preferences

Household Logistics & Vendor Coordination

Ideal Profile Strong candidates may have:
  • 3+ years of experience in travel planning, concierge services, executive support, personal assistance, project coordination, household management, event planning, or related planning roles
  • Experience with one or more areas such as complex travel planning, OTA and direct booking workflows, contractor shortlisting, vendor vetting, household move coordination, calendar planning, or multi-party event coordination
  • Familiarity with planning workflows involving itineraries, contractor shortlists, move checklists, comparison tables, scheduling plans, or coordination notes
  • Comfort reading and preparing logistics artifacts such as itineraries, vendor lists, move plans, event schedules, travel comparisons, and planning checklists
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to explain planning decisions clearly
  • Ability to follow structured instructions and produce evidence-based work
Educational Background
  • A degree or professional background in hospitality, tourism, business administration, project management, event management, communications, operations coordination, or a related field is helpful
