Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervises, guides, and audits day-to-day activities of the store and its employees
  • Ensures the store is managed efficiently and professionally at all times
  • Trains, guides and delegates responsibilities to staff personal
  • Pursues sales growth and strives to meet or exceeds daily, weekly and monthly sales plan
  • Maintains and enforces company standards in regards to selling, customer service, merchandising, loss prevention and operational activities
  • Demonstrates knowledge of merchandise, current marketing campaigns and in-store promotions
  • Achieve personal and store sales goals by applying sound customer service and sales protocol
  • Become familiar with products, brands, and prices and make recommendations of products, including their features and benefits, to suit customers' needs
  • Maintain a positive and constructive communication with the staff

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced retail management position, or other relevant work experience
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to have pristine attention to detail in operational tasking and customer interactions
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, holidays, and minimal overnights
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Skills

  • Proficient with basic technology (POS system, & Microsoft Office programs)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to react under pressure and use good judgment in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to coach, train, and develop other staff members
  • Ability to analyze sales statistical information

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time (up to 8-10 hours a day)
  • Bending, rotating, and reaching conducive to a retail environment and to receiving, pricing and stocking merchandise
  • Being able to lift and move shipment merchandise boxes.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
