We provide flexible work schedules and as a team are building a consulting practice that is influencing Canadian businesses of all sizes.</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</span><br>The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and be able to demonstrate the following:<br></p> <ul> <li>Gathering detailed business requirements by leading group sessions with clients.</li> <li>Solution design and configuration on the Salesforce platform (NPC, NPSP, PSS)</li> <li>Producing various documents and project artifacts (including ERD’s, DFD’s, functional specifications, wireframes)</li> <li>Investigate documents and analyze key client organizational processes</li> <li>Strong understanding of data structures, with ability to perform light data migration from a legacy system into Salesforce (CSV’s with Data Loader)</li> <li>Maintain clear communication with project team and stakeholders</li> <li>Providing support in the form of scoping and estimation during the sales process</li> <li>Work closely with a project manager to develop and monitor a detailed project plan (this includes identifying key project tasks, and associated timelines)</li> <li>Think critically about business problems</li> <li>Develop and own a Salesforce solution</li> <li>Conduct product demonstrations and execute client training sessions</li> <li>Be a trusted adviser to the client, understanding the clients end-to-end business and areas for future growth</li> <li>Perform and organize ongoing support for customers such as report building, data quality, new integrations and third party app installation</li> <li>At times, be able to work independently with full ownership of a project. This includes assuming project management related activities</li> <li>Along with adapting existing processes, help define new processes, and continually look to create efficiencies within the organization<br></li> </ul> <p><br><span style="font-weight: bold">PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</span><br>Our team comes from various backgrounds and levels of experience, but we have found that those who enjoy the most success have the following things in common:</p> <ul> <li>2-4 years experience in a Salesforce consulting role, preferably NPC implementation experience for atleast 6-8 projects</li> <li>Omniscript and Omnistudio</li> <li>NPSP to NPC migrations</li> <li>Solution Owning projects (project size greater than 700 hrs - includes leading elaborations, documentation, build, UAT, Training etc.)</li> <li>Leading discovery/ Salesforce roadmap projects</li> <li>Common integrations like Mailchimp, Quickbooks, form tools and tax receipting</li> <li>Bachelor degree in Computer Science and/or Business, or equivalent education and experience</li> <li>One or more Salesforce Certification (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Builder, Non-Profit Consultant, Omnistudio)</li> <li>Advanced group facilitation and presentation skills</li> <li>High energy, creativity, resourcefulness, and entrepreneurial spirit</li> <li>Team player, able to effectively collaborate and build relationships over any medium of communication<br></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer and embrace diversity!
