This role involves managing our ERP ecosystem covering Financial planning, R2R, O2C, R2R, financial reporting, integrations and automatons., ensuring its optimal performance, and integrating it with other applications via middleware or custom Python scripts. The ideal candidate will be adept at both administrative tasks and technical development within NetSuite, contributing to a seamless and efficient system environment.</span></p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Plan, review, and revise functional configuration, customizations, automation and enhancements, system maintenance, and business process testing, which includes running custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searching and reporting, and user roles to support business requirements</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build and maintain reporting, integrations, and automation workflows to improve data flow and operational efficiency</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Research and resolve issues, design new workflows</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide thought leadership in best practices and provide solutions</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain knowledge of the latest technology and software for integration to improve the process and user interaction with the systems</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead new releases, test updates, and effectively roll out new features</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to communicate clearly and concisely;
